IMO the SS run from Gate of Desolation (in HM) is the most efficient, because you have a chance for a green scythe and elite Derv tome. By the time you reach 50k points, you'll have gotten a crapload of money, you'll be surprised at how quickly it comes in. It's all done by wurm too, so it's c-space all the way. Just be careful of the Stone Shard Crags though, Sandstorm rips through your 40AL pretty quickly.
